I paid for a session of "unlimited" laser treatment from Pasha. "Doctor" Kargin saw me once, and then never again. She canceled without notice on more than 3 occasions. The treatment also doesn't work very well-Ive had treatment elsewehere and its worked faster. Many, many, many other women have complained about this clinic, but they are still open and ripping people off. The treatment is non-refundable and this was not communicated when I bought the package. The terms and conditions also change frequently without notice. My unlimited treatment has now been stopped, and there is no concise record of when I had previous treatments. Staff are not trained on treatments, company policy or client service. Doctor is never present in the clinic, only when the money is taken. Written or verbal complaints are ignored, and then you are told to take legal action and get your lawyer to contact them. Clinics are not hygenic, and the machines are often broken.

I am very disappointed in this clinic. I have never been to a clinic that has been so dirty, and unprofessional in my life. Every time I have visited this clinic I have had different practitioners, all of which have told me conflicting information about hair length required and aftercare treatment of laser hair removal. In addition to this each time I attend, the equipment used is different. This wouldn't be a problem apart from some being more effective than others in removing hair. There have been a number of times I have made my way to the clinic to have a shabby treatment that had to be stoppe every 5-10 minutes because the machine was over heating. By far the worst clinic was in Newington Green; whereby the aircon was broken and I had to lie down on the treatment couch in my underwear with the back door open to allow air to cool the room and machine- with a puppy that was in the premises at the time coming into the treatment room and chewing on my shoes. Why do I keep going back? Because I paid a lot of money for 'unlimited treatments', which I am unable to get appointments for. Dr Kargin has implemented a text message service for appointment booking- I have been messaging her for 2 weeks and am yet to book an appointment. This clinic is unprofessional, and treat their clients like rubbish. An investigation needs to be put into place looking at health and safety of all premises and equipment used. I am amazed that Dr Kargin is not banned from offering her services yet.

I agree, this clinic is a rip off and the so called 'Doctor' Kargin is rude and unhelpful unless you are a new client handing over money. Recently they seem to be giving priority treatments to Groupon customers as opposed to the loyal full paying customers. I am also a 'unlimited' session client and have seen little improvement on the reduction of hair growth. Also everytime I go, often there is a new person giving the treatment and each one gives conflicted advise on the length your hair should be for effective treatment. they also always seem to comment on the lack of hair growth on areas where I have always had light growth insinuating that its the treatment.

Complaints to the clinic are ignored - and I have also had a number of run ins with 'Dr' Kargin who seems to think she can 'ban' people from treatment whenever she likes - surely there is a legal issue here. Please can someone help!?
