I am complaining because I was unfairly dismissed from the Pace University Executive MBA program after completing all course requirements. I was qualified to walk and the school cleared me to walk in the graduation, but the academic director Ellen Weisborg bared me from taking my capstone project after low grading intentionally. Because of her low grade, my GPA dropped to 2.88.

Moreover, After I completed all course requirements of 39 credits and began my capstone project, she (Ellen Weisborg - academic director ) and Program Director Jay Shores decided to kick me out of a program though I already completed it. The capstone project is outside of the course requirement (39 credits) and I should not be denied that privilege.

Disturbingly, students of color have been disproportionately dismissed from the Pace University EMBA Program consistently through the recommendation of Prof. Ellen Weisborg. She profiled me throughout my studies and created a hostile learning environment that affected me negatively.

Nevertheless, I appeal the decision and was turned down, even though other students appealed and was accepted back into the program.

I need to be allowed to complete my capstone program.
