On Sept 24/2022 I received order #15877. This included boiler water treatment liquid and 2 water tests to be sent in to determine amount of treatment liquid to be added to my boiler water system. I returned one of these tests , arriving there on Sept 30 according to USPS Tracking. A couple weeks later I contacted them asking about the results from the water test , receiving assurances they would be E-Mailed to me. I have contacted them numerous times since them, each time with the same assurances. I don't know if I'll ever get them but wanted to warn anyone else needing these services.
