On 01/8/16 I signed a Sales Agreement with Our TownsFinest Magazine. A gentleman by the name of Dave Polinski [protected], walked into my business establishment to introduce the magazine to me. According to him they have their headquarters in California and somewhere in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I had never heard of the magazine but it seem like a good deal at the time because they where going to put the magazine in (3) different racks inside three different Publix's in the area and the agreement also included 20 commercial "voice over" spots which were supposed to run 1 week after the magazines came out. The magazines where supposed to be on the racks 30 days after you sign your "Sales Agreement" which in my case was in January. I kept getting billed by them until one day I decided to go to each of the (3) Publix's to see if the magazines had been put on the rack and NOTHING. I called their supposed Headquarters in California [protected] and spoke to Pat. Pat begins to give me a bunch of excuses about how they ran into some delays with the magazine and that it was not going to be out until April. When April came around the corner, I did the same thing, I went to the 3 different Publix's and same thing magazines where still not there. I contacted, once again Pat (extremely incompetent) and same garbage given to me by her. The magazines were not going to be out UNITL May. The first week of May I received a copy of the magazine but the magazines where still not inside the Publix stands. I have been going back and forth with this lady Pat since February, through phone calls and emails. It is ridiculous the amount of stress and headaches this has caused me. I contacted every single one of the owners advertising with this magazine to let them know that the magazines, as of last week 6/7/16 where still not on the racks and to their ASTONISHMENT were all in shock. Everyone has already paid these people in FULL and Our Towns Finest Magazine has not delivered what was promised to the companies advertising with them. This company is a SHAM, they are scammers stealing money from hardworking Americans by promising things they CANNOT deliver. They took everyone's money and have not delivered 100% the magazines to ALL the locations and have not done anything with the commercials. We are now putting together a team to get an attorney and file a lawsuit against them. I will NEVER advertise with them again NOR will I EVER recommend them to anyone. At this point, the decent thing to do is REFUND every business owner. I reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and they have NEVER received a phone call from anyone at Our Towns Finest, that is to show you what kind of company they are. If you are going to spend money on advertising YOU BETTER put your money towards something else.

This company is a piece of #### and so is that useless imcompetent witch by the name of pat. That woman is an i###t, the company is trash and they scam you out of your money. Do not advertise with them. They promise you a bunch of things and never come through with any of it. I feel sorry for all those companies that have spend their money on our towns finest not realizing they just made a deal with the devil! These people should be put away and shut down for good! I zz had the same experience and know many others as well. Oh yeah, and they have some i###t attorney making threatening phone calls to people when it should be the other way around. Everyone at this company is a joke and they are all criminals! They are going to mess with the wrong person one day and get what they deserve! Put them out of business for good!

Agree with Samuel. The program helped me generate a lot more customers for my restaurant and my friend who's a realtor was in the program as well and got about 15 new clients. We're both renewing

I had the worst experience in the world. I have advertised with lot of different companies. I spend about $25, 000 year in advertising, This was far the worst experience i had. I would not recommend anyone. They approach you that I was the only insurance agency advertising or your business type is the only one being advertised here and the magazines are being distributed over 700, 000 homes and etc. Then it turns out there is other insurance companies as well, who happen to your competition. This company scammed me with my hard earned money. And when I called the company stating why this was misrepresented to me this way they turned to me and said they have the right to advertise whom ever they want. What a waist of money. I told this Women by the name of Pat I should of donated this money to the people who needs it most. Someone that needs it the most the poor and hungry instead of the rich Con artists. I hope one day they get a nice fine from Business Bureau or something.
