My lease started on the 7th of February 2022, as entered the townhouse I noticed that the kitchen cabinets had primer paint marks in a variety of cabinet areas. I submitted a request for the areas addressed would be paint touched up to cover the primer areas, I was told that the owner refused to paint the all the cabinets, I only requested the areas touched up to cover the grey colored primer to match the yellow pastel color of the rest of the cabinets. They refused, and although I continued to ask, they cancelled every request I made. Two months later the ice machine stopped working and I requested the repair and eventually it was repaired. In October the dishwasher that had been malfunctioning throughout the lease finally wouldn't activate or complete the was cycle so put in a repair request and over the next two months three different service people were sent, but the repair was never authorized by the owner and Osprey kept giving me different excuses as to why it was repaired, & with thanksgiving approaching I needed to request that one of the main stove top burners be repaired, & as soon as I submitted the request I was sent a text message that the owner was not going to renew my lease! To date neither requested repairs have been resolved and with Christmas coming I need both repairs accomplished.
