I went to Orland Mall on 8/22/22 in the afternoon, the store is located inside the mall and as I was passing through a female consultant was standing outside the store handing out samples. She mentioned about my eyelids and wanted to show me an eye serum and I went inside the store to check it out. She tried it on my skin, and I liked it and was interested. Then, she said I could have a consult with one of the other consultants about the LED infrared device, which I was not interested in, she made it seem that he might not be able to do it and he was squeezing me in last minute. She kept saying it would be a quick consult just to show me what it was all about. The male consultant came out and as good of a salesperson as he is he showed me before and after results of other clients from the LED device and then used it on me. Of course, my skin felt good; however, I started to get very uncomfortable when he started pressuring me about how expensive the device was and how he would give it to me for a much lower value. He was very pushy and persistent for me to fill out the information and for me to buy this device. I was very hesitant and nervous & resisted many times and felt pressured and coerced into buying this device. I charged my credit card $5,597.25 and ended up with the LED device and skin care products that I did not even want. He kept saying that I deserved to do something good for myself and that I would receive an email on how to use the products. This is NOT the way a business should be conducted. After I left the store and thought about what had just happened, I went back later that evening requesting a full refund. He gave me a partial credit of $1,800.00 and issued me a new receipt (receipt# 1513-1347LC1), leaving a difference of $3,797.25 still left on my credit card. How everything went still did not settle right with me, so I went back to the store on 8/23/22 in the afternoon and spoke to the same male consultant and asked for a full refund again. He attempted many times to tell me how I deserved to do something good for myself and I stayed persistent on the refund. He stated I would need to fill out refund form, so he can send to the main office, but it was not a guarantee that I would get a full refund because the device was in my name for lifetime warranty, even though I have never used the device, or any of the products. Also, on the day I purchased it, 8/22/22, they told me I needed to open LED infrared box in the store, so they could conveniently show me where the charger was - I felt so completely deceived and scammed! The male consultant also said it could take up to a week for the main office to get back to me and that is unacceptable. I would like to get this resolved by the end of this week.

Desired outcome: Please refund my credit card in the amount of $3,797.25, so I can return the LED device and skin care products. I'd appreciate a response. Thank you.
