Optonline review: Returned your equipment, have confirmation, still waiting for my money

I moved from New York for North Carolina, returned all my equipment, have confirmation from optonline that you received. Yet you charged me, and I'm still waiting for my $100.00. I have called so many times, and every time I call hey tell me a check will be mailed out, yet nothing has come…it is so frustrating
