Optimal Vision Care review: Double billed for service over payment of copay

I had an eye exam on 6/16/22 at Optimal Vision Care 55 E. Stewart Avenue Suite B Medford, Oregon 97501. Telephone number [protected]. I was charge for my copay $300 and my copay should have been $35. On 7/5/22 Regence processed amount billed from Optimal Vision Care for $335, my member discount was $133.84, and Regence paid $166.16. Claim number E58140331900. I should be reimbursed $265. I contacted Optimal Vision Care by phone and asked why they charged me $300 for copay. They responded I will receive money back after insurance is billed. I asked for a statement showing me my refund amount I have not heard back from them. Please find attached debit from my bank statement and invoice to Regence billing for payment of eye exam.
