money refund
I had purchase a mobile phone with flip cover from snap-deal by cash on delivery on October 23rd when the product is delivered to me the freebie of power bank 2600mah wasn't with that product then delivery said me that may be deliver another day or after 1-2 days... after that i said its OK but after 2 days using that phone ((XONPHONE 5) WITH FLIP COVER). The charging jack of the phone has been defected automatically in period of 30 days replacement guarantee... then i complained to snapdeal for reverse pick up of both product and requested to refund money of that product @8629 on november 1st The money of flip cover has been refunded @694.00 but the money of mobile (Oplus xonphone5 ) has not been refunded yet... its to long period of more than ONE MONTH but they doesn't want to refund my money... everyday my parents scolds me for money refund by snapdeal...
