Opalos Cuzamil review: Fake jewelry

On 4/24/2023 our Royal Caribbean cruise ship stopped at Cozumel. We did our excursion trip and afterwards we walked around the town. We were convinced to come into this store and proceeded to look at Diamond rings. I found a ring that I liked so we started discussing price at which time I asked if it was a real Diamond and real gold. The salesman told me yes. He even mentioned the inside of the ring was rose gold. When we got back to our home state I had a local jeweler look at it. He informed me it was Sterling sliver and the stone was cubic zirconia. We were crushed! Now we are out so much money. I’m completely disgusted and have no desire to visit that area again!
