I should have listen to the other reviews, . This place isnt real and ran from the back of a house. The only person who you get to speak with is "Steve" a guy who answers the phone and is very rude. There is ALWAYS some problem with his server and he will always have to call you back WHICH he never does. I didnt listen and signed up for the two year headache, after two weeks of not being able to connect and the only time I could steve was able to read what my password was and tell me it was a conflict with this "free ajax" software from http://www.ajaxplorer.info. I asked for a refund on the phone to steve and he said he would get it taken care of. I sent 7 different emails to iic.com and support emails located on their webssite and the "whois" email addresses with NO RESPONSE ~ i had to get paypal to refund my money for fraud.
This company is as fake as the snake oil he tries to sell...

OH and dont be fooled.. THERE IS NO STEVE or BILL.. only Chris and his wife(who rarely answers the phone). The whois references this company address to 15900 Persimmon Creek which is a big house with a big pool..

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This company is NOT REPUTABLE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. More than a month ago my files went missing, but onlinestoragesolution.com will not restore access to them. I have called nearly every day repeatedly, emailed repeatedly, and have been lied to repeatedly that everything would be fixed, was actively being worked on, etc., etc. Bottom line, my files are lost (maybe not technically lost) but they are as good as lost since I don't have access to them any longer. I have left more than a dozen voicemail messages. Not a single one has been returned. AVOID THIS PLACE (or live with the regret of lost files, paying for a service that you can't access, hours upon hours of wasted time sitting on hold.)
I agree things were bad in the past. However they have a new group
of people working their and a new platform I think. Things are 100%
better if you ask me...
I was dealing with a Chris Herzig all weekend. . I'm a new client of online backup and nothing is working with the service. I also had a question for them as to why they do not have any of there own software everything is 3rd party. Either way i have requested them to cancel my account and will look for another solution. Seems to be a one man show wish them the best.
This place has a rap sheet as big as the day is long. There is nothing remotely legitimate, professional or reputable about this company. I have unfortunately been enslaved for over a year due to the lure of a cheap prepaid option. In return I have experienced nothing but continued outages, empty promises and ignored requests for refund/remediation.
I agree with most of the other complainants on this board, it is not so much about the money (and that is what they are counting on to perpetuate their scam), it is about the principal of delivering on commitments to provide the services promised, to respond to email, and to address problems (not in days, weeks, months and now it appears YEARS, but in hours!).
What's worse is now my backup data has been exposed to a ring of misfit baboons that are doing God knows what with it. Folks, take a lesson from me: spend a few extra bucks to ensure your data is there when you need it but more importantly in the hands of someone you can trsut not to do something sinister or dishonest with it.
Chalk this one up to a life lesson but I am sure theirs is coming in the very near future..

Currently having the exact same problems with this vendor. Site always down. Access denied, can't upload data to server. Customer service is just one guy named Chris and he never returns email. Search the net, this company under it's various names is getting complaints from all over. I am just afraid the guy is going to recharge my credit card again for no reason being he has the information to do so. Save yourself the grief. This is a con.
