Wow, what great customer service. I haven't needed a code in a while, I was purchasing a month at a time when I needed it. I called customer service today because I could not see online where to purchase a monthly subscription and they gave me an activation code at no cost. I guess they changed that monthly subscription policy a while back, but since I was not aware they just offered me the code. That is great customer service and now I know the new policy.

Here is the exact wording on our site, “Each and every time you purchase blank labels with us, you'll receive a Maestro Label Designer® activation code for FREE! Based on your order size, we'll send you a Maestro Label Designer® activation code valid for 1 month all the way up to 1 year. Order 3 times, receive 3 codes... it's as simple as that!” Upon the expiration of your free code, if you’d like to continue using the software, you may purchase another activation code for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months at your own discretion. Also, please keep in mind, there are a variety of ways to design and print your labels. While we’d love for you to use our software, you don’t have to by any means.
