These people called and wanted money from us saying we agreed to do something about online something or another. They called and called. They never sent invoice till we told them we are not paying till we get invoice. So they called unkown to get fax number, we gave that to them, then they called again wanting money. They waited a few months then called again we kept asking to play back the recording and they would never do that. Then one day when they called we asked to play back the recording and they did but you never hear their voice or what they are saying. We think these people are scam people and they have done something that is not legite. We are not paying these people any money till we know for a fact that they are not scammers and we can find what they did for us on the internet. Thank you Daisy-A-Day Florist

Oh! This is very alarming! We have to be careful in giving our personal and company data because there are a lot of scammers who wants to get something from us. In Australia, I have actually had a friend of mine get scammed and had his whole website crash because he didn't protect it properly. He told me it was an SEO issue because he had upgraded one system but out of date plugins had made him vulnerable to malicious people online. He put me in touch with these guys to help run an SEO audit, and it really did help, so I am trying to spread the word! so go chat to a pro and make sure you aren't also vulnerable. start with the guys at www.internetmarketingexpertswarrnambool.com.au

Achtenhagen Services Inc. has received an invoice of $531.95 on March 1, 2011. It invoice is for "company listing & online web listing, commercial communications directory & shipping & handling". We have not asked for their services nor signed any agreement with them. I have received phone calls from companies like them tell me we owe them money. I do not any work with these type of phone calls. As I research this type of scam on the internet, I find others complaining about companies that do this. I will be writing this company and refusing to pay.

This is a scam. Since I refused to pay them and said I didn't owe them, they played a recording of my voice saying "yes", but I don't know what the real question was. They billed me for $899, I have received NOTHING, I didn't order anything, and I will not pay! I am now being called by a collection agency(probably the same scammers) who said they would have to report me to the credit bureau for non-payment. I said go ahead. Now I am really mad. I will contact FTC and Consumer Protection Agency and the Attorney General's Office! They don't even have a website.

The same thing is happening to us. Only it is out of New York. They call asking when we are paying out bill of 379.00. I never ordered their services. They sent me an invoice and I have never ordered their services. I was the victim of yellowbook solutions last year. I have also received the same kind of scam from a company called United Data systems or UDS. I refused to pay them too. Unless these people can produce a recording or signature, I won't pay em

Same thing is happening to us! Nationwide Business Network is another that uses the same tactics. I was advised to let them know you are not going to pay it and that you will be reporting them to the FTC Federal Trade Commission, BBB and your states Attorney General's office. Do NOT allow them to send you an ivoice and avoid taking calls that ask to verify you business name, address, phone etc. This is how they get you in the first place!

I think it is definetly a SCAM! They have been calling at my business for over a year on an off. I never agreed to buy anything & I have never recieved an invoice. I have also asked for recording or fax of a written signature which they claim to have. Never got any proof of my purchase. I think once you tell them it is OK to mail the bill out you are aggreeing to their service. We have been contacted over & over by two that I think are sure scammers. Beware of Online Marketing Soltions & Yellowbook Solutions (not affiliated with Yellowpages). Just be carfeul & do not agree to them sending you anything:)

I have also received an invoice from on line marketing, had me recorded, I have no memory of agreeing to this, and would never have agreed to send a check for $531.95, we do not have that kind of money available to waste! I am so glad I decided to look them up on line,

Same thing happened to me. Same bill amount and when no one here knew what he was referring to he agreed to send out the packet and then asked how I we would pay and I said it would be by check. The woman replayed a partial conversation to me edited to sound like I just agreed to pay for it. They also dated the invoice so that when I actually did recive it was past the 30 days it says you have to dispute it.
