This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I saw this company online and decided to give them a try because of their free 6-month trial period, which only cost $1.00. The instructions stated that I was to contact the company before the end of the trial period (which in my case was May 30th), if I did not want to be charged the 14.95 monthly fee. I used the site's contact form to request that my account be deactivated, as I didn't see a need to continue service. I wasn't charged on May 30th or June 30th, so I figured I was in the clear.

This past week (July 13th), I noticed a charge for their fee on my online statement. I was disappointed to say the least. However, when I called and spoke to Mike Lausten (who swore they had no such trial period or has made any similar promise to attract new business), I was furious!

I requested them to remove my data from their database, which they refuse to do (they placed a non-member status on my record and recommended that consumers proceed with caution, as business should only be done with merchants who are members of the OBB).

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM. THEY ONLY RATE COMPNAIES WITH THE BEST RATING IF THEY HAVE PAID THEM A FEE! WALMART HAS A "PROCEED WITH CAUTION" YELLOW RATING. http://www.onlinebusinessbureau.com/Companyrating.cfm?Company_ID=1311692. SO DOES APPLE COMPUTER http://www.onlinebusinessbureau.com/Companyrating.cfm?Company_ID=868332, IBM AND OTHERS.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. TOTAL RIPOFF.

The Online Business Bureau has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. You will find their trusted site seal on the websites of the most fraudulant companies out there. e. g. A1 Marketing Unlimited.

Kudos for Online Business Bureau. After I filed a complaint against a company, they finally flagged that firm. It has been 3 weeks, but they have done it. Bravo.

You got what you paid for. When a company doesn't do actual checks on companies, they are not a bonafide business bureau. I am curious if you are a business looking for their good recommendation. If you are, then shame on you. You only paid for their recommendation, you didn't earn it. Now that they had your money and you want to stop the payment, they are going to bad mouth you. This firm never actually investigates companies like the BBB does. I know, because I belonged to the BBB and had to turn in financials. This is proof that you can buy a firms "worthless" seal of approval. If you aren't a business, then I apologize. This is possibly a lesson to others not to buy a recommendation, and if nothing else, don't do business with Online Business Bureau.
