On Thursday, January 12th, 2023 I ordered 3 personalized blankets online from Onenonlygifts. I have been trying to cancel my order & it says on their website you can do so within 24 hours. I have done that & their reply is always "you will hear from our customer service within 24 hours". Have not heard anything & it's now Saturday, January 14th. I just want my order cancelled & my account credited. They are not responding. Hoping you can help me with this. Thank-you so much!
I ordered a blanket in November for a Christmas present. They promised delivery in time. When it did not arrive they sent me what appears to be a bogus shipping tacking number. The blanket never arrived so I ask for a refund. They did give me a refund for the blanket but not the shipping charge. Their explanation is I need to contact the shipping company for the refund. Good luck doing that as it is a company in China.
My conclusion is they never shipped the blanket and are scamming the shipping charge.
