I been a ohmconnect customer for 2 yrs recently tried cashing out my balance of 568.00 dollars and have not been paid have contacted customer service numerous times and no response

I have been getting spam email from OhmConnect on my email ***. I have not received any product or services from them, I just receive spam email. If they are charging my spouse electricity a/c #***, on which I am not authorized to participate in Ohmconnect. Their advertisement is misleading I though I was getting free smart meter device that would cut my electricity cost, which I never received. This co. seem a fraud and below is the fraudulent email, they send get the people to sign up. I want to stop this account and refund any fees charged by their systems, their website does not provide the options to cancel. Below is the type of spam email they send to get you hooked. Refer a friend and score $50! This is the BEST time to refer someone to OhmConnect. I signed up for the OhmConnect to help reduce my energy costs and blackout as they advertise. They approved me and sent a "FREE" Nest Thermostat with directions on how to install and set it up using their mobile app. I followed the instructions removing my old thermostat and installed the Nest. Went to app to to checks to see if it was compatible. Well, it wasn't compatible. I have been trying everything to get assistance in returning the device. I've called their number, message states the "best" way to get ahold of them is through their *** So I tried that. No response! I called again and it does allow one to leave a message. So I did. No response! So I wrote to their email a second time. No Response! Their initial disclaimer is that if you don't install the device within 30 days they will be me. I am worried they will collect that money from me by way of my energy company they make you link up with. If I cannot link it up it is of no use for me.

I signed up for this service on my electric meter. Upon research, I decided to cancel. So, I deleted my account online with them. To this date, I still continue to receive emails and texts from them. I have replied to their texts 19 times saying "STOP" and I receive a message that says I will no longer receive a text. Yet, I do. Also, they continue to email me. I have opted out of everything when I deleted my account. I have sent them 4 emails asking them to "stop emailing and texting me because I do not want to participate with them" and I receive zero response. But, the email goes through to them without error. I am to the point where I have told them I will be contacting my lawyer in regards to their harassment and if need be, I can and will contact the police. I have every bit of emails and texts asking them to STOP as well as the info when I deleted my account. Today, I even told them that "I moved" even though I did not because I am TIRED of them harassing me and nobody will answer any emails. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

Ohm Connect sent me an e-mail stating that I could get a free thermostat after rebate if I purchased from their store. The first step was to download a coupon from my local utility to get a $75 instant rebate coupon to use to purchase through their site. I completed this step, received the thermostat, and installed it according to the instructions. The next step, as stated in the e-mail, was "Purchase and Connect: Receive your confirmation email with a link to purchase with discount applied, then connect your wifi Thermostat to OhmConnect and get another $45 back instantly*." When I went to connect my device, Ohmconnect tells me that the thermostat (a google nest) is not supported on their system and that I can't connect it. Therefore, I can't receive the $45 back instantly I was promised when purchasing the device. When I contact customer service, they claim that the only rebates come from the utility, they ignore the e-mail, and they don't even address the fact that the thermostat that is supposed to function on their system won't work.
