I hired them after pressure from there Sales team, Ron Defenbaugh! I have been in business for a long time and never had a company as bad as this one! I have had them out here 3 times and have another one scheduled! This has by far been the WORST company I have ever been involved with! There work is so shoddy it makes me sick! They have the gall to put out commercials they are no.1 in the state! I would like to see no2? They left my home a totle wreck! They did not do what they said they were going to do! besides leaving me with a mess to clean up! I still have the same water problem! I paid a lot of money to have it fixed only to have it return! I was told, guarantede I would have no more problems! They then signed me up with a finance company that were a total rip off! I would strongly recommend anyone thinking about using them to do your homework! Look around! There are a lot or reputable company's out there for half the cost that would do the job right! Beware of them, again BEWARE of them! They are at best a third rate company! Sorry, Sorry company! A scam at best!

POOR quality of work and their customer service is even worse. Ohio State Waterproofing was done in February 2015. The job was incomplete. In 2016 we found drain pipe missing - approx 6' missing leading to the sump. 2017 we found the drain under the utility sink had not been replaced. Ohio State just left a hole. Since September 2019 we have had water in the basement. Ohio State has been to the house several times. Each time they dig we uncover more areas where the initial job was incomplete. Even their repairs have been inadequate and the amount of water coming into the basement is increasing with every rain. Ohio State has been slow to respond and has yet to resolve the issue. They say the soonest they can have a crew scheduled is September 2020. Until then we will be cleaning up muddy water after every rain. Our furniture is getting moldy. They say they are not responsible to replace furniture or flooring. We would not have made these investments if we didn't have Ohio State Waterproofing's lifetime warranty that we would not ever have any water in the basement ... Horrible experience.
