offerwire rebate review: Not Paying Me 14

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

The OfferWire status update said that I was missing part of the confirmation so I promptly sent in the missing information. Now it just says invalid and there's no one to contact. Seems like a scam... I submitted what they asked and purchased the qualifying cable and Internet.

Per the requirements, I placed an order for Qwest internet service in Sep. 2011 and mailed my rebate info in with everything requested by 11-23-11. They said to allow 8-10 weeks for rebate. However, 4 months has passed and I have not got any response. I checked on the rebate statue online and it states I should receive it within 30 days now. I have called Offerwire 4 times and they have NOT reached a final resolution for unknowg reason. OFFERWIRE REBATE IS A CHEATER, AND DO NOT BELIEVE IT ANY MORE!

I mailed my rebate info in with everythin requested by 5-31-11. They said to allow 8-10 weeks for rebate and it is now 4 months later. I checked on it and it states I should receive it within 30 days now. They really make these rebates not worth it and hope that people forget about it! I want my $99.95!

I eventually did get my rebate after 4+ months of persistently harrassing them about it.Try emailing mark.ballard@bridgevine.com. I emailed them every week at least once or twice and it finally came through

These rebate scammers have no intention of paying. This business is more than 99% profitable to them. I am still fighting mine, and the status has gone from "invalid submission" to "final processing" to "in final stages", not gonna let this one slide. This is not a nigerian banker or some company in china doing this, this is happening right here in the good ol' US of A. If at all possible, make copies of all supporting documents and drop it off in City Attorny's office, see what they have to say about this.

The same thing has happen to me. In Dec. 2011, I ordered service with Time Warner. I was told if I ordered the triple bundle I would get a $150. rebate card. I went to the Offerwire rebate forms site & printed it out. Then I got copies of my bills & filled out the rebate slip & sent it off.
After about two months, I received an email with my tracking number & they said I hadn't sent them all the info. They said they wanted another bill so I sent them not only one, but another one as well. It was suppose to be only 2 bills in the first place. Anyway after I sent that in, I waited to check the rebate tracking & again they said invalid. I finally found a number to call them & then they said I didn't have a conformation #. So she put me on hold & came back with a issue # for me & said everything should be ok. Well guess what? It wasn't. Now they are trying to tell me that I didn't have the triple bundle, only the double bundle. I don't know what else I can do but I am so mad right now! It's been over 5 months & I haven't received anything at all. Is there someone out there who can help me?

I am having the same problem as others as far as getting my rebate from Offerwire. These people do all of these bifg promotions and when it is time to pay up, there is always either "We can't find your information or "you didn"t submit all of your information". Something needs to be done about this or have them STOP making offers to help sell their products. I submitted my info in November and it is almost March and I haven't received a thing. A big Rip-Off.

I am having a similar problem with OfferWire. I submitted all the info for the 3 rebates (router, modem, cable service). First they said I did not submit all info, I resubmitted everything (I had copies of everything that I submitted), then they tried to say that Comcast said I did not place my order through OfferWire (I have copies of every communication with OfferWire to prove otherwise) and when I called Comcast they told me that wasn't true, they did not tell OfferWire that I ordered through a different company. Then I called OfferWire back and OfferWire said that a supervisor would look into it right away. Well needless to say I have heard nothing. This has been dragging on for more than 2 months now. plan to contact the state attorney general's office to file a complaint and Comcast to complain to them also. They should not let scammers like offerwire advertise through their site.

On my rebate tracking info they stated that my equipment was returned for a refund; therefore I am not eligible for this rebate. I never returened it or got any money from them. SCAM!

I have had nothing but problems trying to get my rebates. First they said I did not turn in all required info, I had kept a copy of ALL of it and sent it again. Now they are claiming that Comcast told them I ordered through a different affiliate, which I did not, and Comcast tells me that they did not tell OfferWire that either. I sent them all the confirmation emails and receipts and still they are stonewalling me. These people are crooks and everyone who has gotten screwed by them should get together and file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and try to get a class action suit going against them. This company is nothing more than scam artists and thieves! And to top it off their stupid router never worked properly and I had to get a different one from another place!
