oemparts-junction.com review: paid for part and never got it. they won't answer their phones or get back to us 2

they have a proffessional website including supposed customer feedback. so we ordered an 80 dollar part due to them supposedly specializing in hard to find motorcycle parts etc. ordered back in the beginning of august and they won't answer their phones. we've tried calling over 15 times. and it always connects to a rep but than goes to a voicemail. they have never called us back after numerous messages wondering where the part is. now we're halfway through september and no word. the tracking says they have received the order and their website says if there is a delay or back order they will call and let you know. they don't even answer during business hours. so they set up a fake website claiming to be out of marshall tx with fake customer reviews when people order online they never get their part but are out the money.
