place 4 orders to be paid on Afterpay with NZ sale thinking that I would get some protection in case anything went wrong. I called NZsale after a few hours and called two orders before dispatch as I found that they were not worthy the money they charged for them and was told that they were going top cancel these order that day and no charges would be done as the item had not been dispatched. Feeling confident that this was done i placed another order for another, more suitable pairs of shoes.
The shoes took 2 months to arrive, they were the wrong size and when asked for a replacement was told they sold out of my size. Did then request a refund to be issued to my Afterpay account and found out that they were charging me for 4 pairs of shoes instead of two and they would not be refunding me for them too!
Contacted them via email several times, was told that someone forgot to cancel the first orders and also that they would not be refunding my money because they were now calling it " a change of mind". As for the other pairs that come in the wrong size a refund was also denied, unless i accept a voucher, they said, the wrong size of shoes is is also considered a change of mind. I refused the vouchers as I do not want any dealing with these cowboys and i'm trying to see what I can do to get a refund from them. Tried with After pay to be told that was out of their hands.
There is no number in NZ to contact tehm, no one to talk to, they are not honest in accordance with the consumers act in NZ and are still charging me on my afterpay account for the shoes even though I do not have them with me any longer.
I they are forcing me to accept vouchers and the last thing i ever want to do again is shopping with them again.
