Nuttyguys.com review: Have not received my order yet and yet I was charged 12

Bought a coupon from Groupon for Nuttyguys.com on 3/9/11 and redeemed it on 3/13/11. Have not received my order yet and yet I was charged on 3/14. If you call them you get voice mail and yes I have left messages. Tried e-mail and am waiting for a response. I order often online for other companies and am charged when ready to ship not the day I order. But the worst part is the time I have waited and can't get a hold of them. Not very professional I would say.

I bought the coupon on Groupon of Nuttyguys and made the purchase with that coupon the next day. Till then everything seemed great. But after that problems came. After about five days I found I still received no updated information about my order. So I decided to go to the website to have a check. However, since then I just couldn't log into the website. Every time it showed " Future home of something cool"... What's the hell wrong with that website! I kept trying to log in everyday but it seemed that the website was not under maintenance or something but just closed forever! Then I tried to call them, and the call was never answered... I am just worried about my order. Hope that I would not paid nearly 20 bucks for nothing!

However I'm highly disappointed to state that the order was incomplete and does not contain the following item that I had ordered,
1 pound Pistachios, 202A-307 Pistachios - Roasted Salted - In Shell (One Pound Bag) 1 $10.44
Also, the cashew which I received are almost in powder form and of VERY POOR quality.
I feel I have been cheated of my hard earned money for having purchased this. I AM EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with NUTTY GUYS. I have sent them several mails and they are not responding or acknowledging.
Complaints Board, KINDLY TAKE A LOOK AND HAVE THIS CORRECTED. Appreciate your help & Thanks in advance.

They were a great company with fantastic products. We sold them in our store for more than a year. We rec'd our last order in Nov 2011. Since then no response

I also placed an order with them early August and still nothing! Ordered using a code through Groupon also plus had to pay for the overage and s&h

I just called my bank and my bank called the number on my transaction [protected] for Nutty Guys. The number is for Nutty Guys Corporation and it is the warehouse where the orders come out of. They said Nuttyguys.com went out of business 1 week ago and they have not been able to find the owners. They are suggesting people request a refund from their credit card company.

Please make sure you report this to your bank as we need to teach them a lesson and bring them to justice.

People, contact your credit card or bank and file a dispute. Just complaining on this website doesn't get you anywhere. If everyone would go to their banks and CC companies and have them issue charge backs to this website then they would take a hint and stop screwing people.

Yes, their website is down and they are not responding to calls or mails. This is indeed frustrating.
Is there a way we can bring these folks to justice, take them to court and sue them. They should be taught a lesson.
They can just run away with public money like this.
Let me know if somebody has any thoughts & ideas.

NuttyGuys.com is a rip off, ordered from them and did not receive my whole order and getting a response from them is horrible and I have called and sent email and no reply. Will never order from them again

I completely agree. These guys have NOTHING going for them as a business. I also ordered from them two weeks ago and still received nothing. Called, emailed, etc.. with no reply. All I wanted was an update. I don't mind if processing a small order takes 1-2 weeks, but when you advertise your much faster than that, your company looks silly. To top it all off, refraining from addressing customer needs/inquiries via phone calls and emails, you must be asking to go out of business. If you don't believe the reviews here, read their reviews on Yelp!

You're not the only one! I ordered using a Groupon deal on 4/5. Additional payment was charged the next day. I needed the fruit and candy for a class I was teaching on 4/11. I'm still waiting. Also tried to call, e-mail, etc. No response. Very disappointed.
