I have not had any dealings with this company, but $165.37 was deducted from my credit card (same amount as Pro-Body deducted) which I suspect was linked to some free samples I ordered that asked for postage only. These turned out to be past their use by date, which I realized to late.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I just recently had a bad experience with Nuskin's ARO. I'm new and on the advice of my upline, signed up for an ARO to get the best price on a product. Recruitment was swift, paperwork for linking my credit card up to my purchases was hasslefree. She was easily contactable from day 1 till I signed up for the orders. She said the ARO could be easily terminated anytime by paying a small penalty fee of SGD20. After 2 deliveries of the product, I wanted to stop the recurring orders...and let me tell you... it wasn't easy. I had to almost literally 'chase' my upline to ask her how to go about it and she wouldn't or couldn't give me a straight answer. I was willing to meet and to sign whatever it took and to pay the SGD20 penalty fee, but she procrastinated, tried sellling me other stuff, asked me to recruit other people to be distributors etc, anything but terminate my ARO. It took me a while, lots of 'chasing' and finally a threat of legal action to finally settle the whole matter and it's left a very bitter taste in my mouth.
