NPCIL & CVC review: Reinstatement in the Job

I It is once again humbly appealed to reinstate me in the above post immediately. I was deceived & terminated by the management on 31.05.2001 from the post of Senior Manager(Finance & Accounts) since I had exposed¸ several irregularities/scam worth > Rs. 100 crores there during [protected] period. I was a whistle blower who was simply terminated. I have written more than 50 letters to PMO, but it was of no avail. Not even a line of reply has been received let alone providing justice to an AAM AADMI.
The Dept. of Atomic Energy & NPCIL is under administrative control of the Prime Minister & hence it is brought to your kind notice. The scam was investigated by the
the Executive Director (Vigilance) I.P.S officer in 2004, but the matter has been hushed up by NPCIL & CVC. I have enclosed the Preliminary Investigation report.
The Preliminary Investigation Report was conducted in Oct 2003. NPCIL has given incomplete copy of the Report through RTI. The investigation was in my favor & further infestation was not conducted by the NPCIL only to protect the corrupt officials.

Most of the issues are very serious; in one case purchase orders were placed on L1 at L1 rate, L2 at L2 rate & L3 at L3 rate for the same bid. This is very strange & unheard of & causing loss of crores to the corporation. I had stopped this wrong practice. These are already investigated by the Executive Director (Vigilance) I.P.S officer. The preliminary report is enclosed. No action is taken by DAE or NPCIL since last 9 years & Ia m without a Job. I have been struggling to look after my family all along with no help. NPCIL Chairman has made my life miserable & difficult. I was terminated from the post of Senior Manager (Finance/Accounts) on [protected] without any charges under the garb of probation extension. I had around 20 years of Central Govt service/ PSU experience before joining this company. I had exposed several fraudulent/corrupt practices worth scam involving hundreds of Crores of rupees. Vigilance Deptt at NPCIL had also taken action against some culprits and one DGM was transferred at MAPS- Kalpakkam. They were afraid that I was unearthing the skeletons and terminated me.
The irregularities with evidence were already brought to the notice of Mr. Anil Kakodkar Chairman DAE and to the CVC. This was also brought to the notice of PMO. PMO wrote to Dept of Atomic Energy & also asked them to reinstate me. But, Chairman, Nuclear Power Corpn of India Ltd refused to take action.

I am unable to look after my family & survive. Since last few years I have become a beggar. I have taken loans from every Tom, Dick & Harry and I cannot walk straight-faced on the streets due to debts. My father is aged person 88 years and suffering from heart ailment. He is hospitalized. Iam unable to foot the medical bills. Iam in real distress.
In fact, I had been functioning as a ‘Whistle blower’ since I had exposed several financial irregularities.
Therefore, I request you to protect me since I was working in the interest of the Govt.of India. I have even received appreciation from previous Chairperson Shri. Y.S. R Prasad since I has been instrumental in saving local sales tax at Tamil Nadu to an extent of Rs. 125 lacs per annum on recurring basis. As compared to this my salary is peanuts. Termination of my services is absolutely arbitrary, illegal, unfair unjust and highhanded decision taken by the management.
NPCIL has not settled my Provident fund also even after 10 years & want us to commit suicide or starve to death.
Sir, I have written several letters written since 2003 to all levels- Deputy Secretary, Joint Secretary, Principal Secretary but nothing has happened. Now, being unemployed with 2 children & dependent parents, I am unable to make both ends meet. Life has become a struggle. We can’t survive like this. I beg your good self to reinstate me immediately.
