I was a patient a while back, and never again. The Dr. kept going in her labcoat with dirty gloves to answer her phone, and at one point she looked at the assistant and said you finish I have to take this call? seriously. I pay for the Dr to do my work, not the assistant, who seemed really confused as to what she was doing. The Dr also kept sucking snot up through her nose so loud, I felt sick to my stomach. seriously? Go blow your nose! Things just don't seem quite right in that office. AND please someone buy the Dr. a box of kleenex!
i was recently at north tonawanda family dentistry. i thought it was an ovrall average experienece... the doctor seemed to have a very NON professhional relationship with her assistant.. the work was ok.. no pain or anything after. but sitting in the chair and listening to her conversation with her assistant (the name tag said staci) made me want to get up and leave. giggly, immature, googling, they BOTHT had their cell phones out. i want to go somewhere that when i'am lowerd into position i feel safe . i did not. and i can not belive the boundaries that were crossed. work was good. envirnoment was like a bar scene.
I am a recent patient of North Tonawanda Family Dentistry and I LOVED IT! I am so impressed with their thorough exam and modern technology. The staff was great, so friendly and knowledgeable. The hygienist was so gentle and answered all of my questions so that I understood her. Dr. Sachdeva is an asset to this community. Her kind nature and genuine concern for her patients changed my entire perception twords going to the dentist. I can't wait for my next cleaning!
