Takes a bad situation and makes worse! Excellent customer service UNTIL the insurance company sends the money! Works with terrible unlicensed and unprofessional contractors that will work for the cheapest rates possible so they can pocket the rest! Will never give the full details of your claim because you will only see mere pennies of the money!

Its a shame a person can make a comment like this and just call himself or herself susan12345. Guess al the other adjusters have to much time on their hands . They represented me and actually did a fantastic job. We have a new bigger home and was totally painless.
Would recommend them to anyone.
