March 10, 2022 I had a 11:30am appointment at the Cherry Hill location. I checked in and was left sitting in the waiting room for hrs. I kept asking how much longer and the woman at the front desk said oh they just came back from lunch it wouldn’t be much longer. After another hour seeing others come and go. I believe it was discrimination. I remained calm and asked am I not in the system. Finally after 3 hours I was seen fo 5 minutes. No one gave me my MRI results just found a way to get rid of me
Desired outcome: I want them to DO THIER JOBS. It’s that simple.
