North America Service Center in Dubai review: Work permit for my about 58 clients

This incident occurred last year January, 2024. This company called North American Services Center contacted me to be their agent here in Ghana to recruit clients for them to produce work permit visa to come to Canada which I produced 51 clients. Clients for Hungary are 2 Clients for Germany is 1 Clients for Montenegro is 1 and Clients for Poland are 3. They've sent results for Poland Clients but it doesn't come to fruition as at now. Since then I started demanding for refund of the money I've sent to them but they refused to refund them. They also told me and the clients that results will come in six months time but nothing to show off. They've breached the contract therefore I'm pleading to your department to pursue them to refund the money back to me as an agent to be sent to the clients. The following will be the necessary documents to be attached to this. The Owner of the company is Dr Gere Rod other name Mr.Ragged Murthada is currently living in USA using UAE contacts instead of using USA contacts which means he is hiding away from me. This number +971 50 715 5902 is active but when I called him he doesn't pick and if I chats him on WhatsApp it takes months before he replies like this good morning be patience finished. This number +971 50 807 1889 is active only for whatsapp. There was active communications between the CEO and I until he stopped communicating to me when I sent a wooping amount about USD78,000.00 to his company'saccount. After failing to produce results for my clients, he is demanding for more clients. Attached to this are his website https://www.nascintl.com/. I'll provide Dr. Rod's picture and his social media video of him advertising his company telling the whole world to be aware of fraud. The North American Services Center is based in Dubai which I've visited somewhere last year in May and i was privileged to meet some of his staffs but Dr Rod is based in USA working with his staffs online . Also Dr. Rod called me in February this year asking me to send all online payment receipts which I've sent them to him and the communications continue until April ,2025 that everything crumbled. Their website went of off, his clients contacts were not going through. I've called USA Embassy to lodge complaints and they've directed me lodge my complaints to this website. Therefore I'm pleading to your department if there's a way you can help me to pursue Dr Rod and his company because my clients are harassing me here. These are some of the technical details but some are to be attached I have all the receipts in AED. Thank you.
