I bought from Noreve several mobile devices' holsters before.They were perfectly designed and the materials were of highest standard.
Lately last month, I purchased a new holster for my blackberry mobile model Bold 9900. I received the holster with erroneous design consisting of holes in non-designated areas of the mobile (i.e. the ear speaker hole in the back of the device where there is no ear speaker) + the ear speaker location of the device is fully blocked by the holster's flap.
This design does not observe the specifications of the mobile device and the company denies any defective design issues.
I have attached a picture showing the defective new holster on the left (with its corresponding device) and the correctly designed old holster on the right (with its corresponding holster).

The purchase was a wholly dissatisfying experience. After the order was placed and confirmed nothing happened for four weeks until I e-mailed and asked about my order. Approximately one week later I received a product I had not ordered, i.e. it was necessary to return it. Another month later I received exactly the ordered leather case (the one on the picture here). I inserted my phone and opened and closed it three maybe four times. The closing device is so badly designed that it scratches the case each time it is opened or closed. I informed Noreve on the day I had received the case and they answered as follows: "You must have done this by rubbing the device very hard." To which I replied: "It does not take a genius to open and close such case – rubbing it very hard, are you kidding?" Then they offered a replacement. A month passed without any further information so I e-mailed again and now asked for a refund pointing to their own advertising on the website: “100% satisfied or your money back”. They informed me that according to their sales conditions defective covers are not refunded and can be only replaced. So far so bad. If I had seen the many bad reviews on Trustpilot I would not have ordered anything here from the beginning. Do not buy at Noreve.

I have one in chestnut and I have no problem...It is a very good case.
Sound is strong enough to hear it (even when case is closed).
It is normal to cover speaker from dust !
They certainlyt made best case of the market !
I am very happy with my case. Good job !
