noreen knapczyk review: charge battery not working order a new one next day have not receive it yet

order smoke assist got my package charge battery up battery not working did not charge at all the next i call order a new one the lady told me 7 to 10 days i order it on 11/23/11 its about time i got it this is new right paid for it got it and not working right i don't understand if i do not get it in 1 to 2 days from this complaint i am going to canceals everything i will not order any more its not right for this to happen
