I ordered a wig not knowing that the company was in China. When I finally received the wig, it looked like it was made of short pieces of tough yarn. I received information on how to return it. It cost me $17.25. It took many weeks to get to the seller. I received it back many weeks later. When I looked at the paperwork on the package, it said that someone at the company had refused it instead of refunding my money. I was told by customer service that as soon as they received it, they would refund my money. I contacted them via email, as usual, but never received a reply.
