Nmx*finance Intel Rpt review: Invalid charge on credit card 2

Same thing, except i did recieve my books - for which i paid $5 for and a free 3 month subscripton to all of these financial reports, to which i emailed - called andd mailed cancellation requests to the company on the very first letters recieved to ensure that i didnt get charged the annual fee of $99, well low and behold, yesterday i open my bank account only to find the $99 charge on my account! Wtf! I tried calling them on their 1 - 888 number and the customer service section just drops your call the second you hit #2 to be transfered. If you try to reach any other department there is never anyone available to help and all you can do is leave a voicemail. Very frustrated.
