I never knew that when I went to the Nissan Dealership of Rockville Centre to purchase a 2022 Nissan Altima (Vin # 1N4BL4EV7NN394186) that I would be sent to the hospital by Freddy Roman the sales manager. Freddy Roman then uses a returned 2023 Nissan Altima (Vin # 1N4BL4EV4PN309209), as collateral and he sent out 16 inquires to Banks and Financial institutions all the country to open accounts in my name of $44,000each, including Ally Financial. Freddy Roman wants me to pay this $44,000 additional loan amount on top of what I already paid him $32,488.78 on the 2022 Nissan Altima (Vin # 1N4BL4EV7NN394186) This leaves a balance of $13,457.90 on the 2022 Nissan Altima. Freddy Roman refuses to service my 2022 Nissan Altima maintenance agreement that was purchased on 10/29/2022. He refuses to honor a gas voucher. He refuses to honor 2 car washes and detailed cleaning. I am forced to go to another dealership to get my service on my 2022 Nissan Altima. He refused to cooperate with the Attorney General, The BBB, Nissan of North America, Nissan Consumer affairs and the DMV.
