I ordered a pair of shoes from this online vendor in March 2022. I am writing this complaint on May of 2022 - still having not received the order, four separate attempts to resolve through customer service (with two template responses and never any follow-up). I should have done more research and I suppose this is a cautionary tale in part - no matter how legit a website may look, always take that extra minute to dig around and see if they're reputable. I am out $300 and have lost any and all expectation of recovering those funds. Do not engage with or order from this vendor. It's been a horribly frustrating experience.

This website was a scam. I placed an order in April 2022. It's now September 2022 and I never received the items. When I tried to dispute, they responded to the credit card company that I received a store credit from them which was a total lie. When I tried to click on the link they sent or go on their website nigostudio.com, it disappeared.

Ordered shoes in April and never received. When I got in touch with them by email they claim it was Nigo studio not Nigo clothing lol Same company... thieves who steal your money and never send products. Do not order from these people! Shop somewhere else because you will regret it!

They beat me out of 312 dollars as well, I order 3 pairs of shoe in April still nothing, I reached out by phone and email, no response.

I had the same issue. Showed my shipment had landed in the states but over 60 days no delivery. I disputed with my credit card and they sent fraudulent documents showing I had received my shoes but was dissatisfied. They claimed they sent me a gift card. Lucky their tracking website proved I never received them. Stay away. Fraudsters.

Same as other people, no answer, no company link anymore and worst.. they kept my credit card account so when I asked to a cancellation of transaction, got my refund back but they charged me again allegating that I received a gift card and I used. A complete lie.

I to ordered from them in April 13, 2022 and never received the item so I canceled the order May 1, 2022. I have yet to this day received my refund in out $87.96 and have been emailing them but only getting the same auto response. We working on a resolution and not to keep sending messages as it will increase their response time. I'm pissed because there just taking people money and hoping you go away. Never again.
