I've made two small purchases of less than $300 on website and w/o incident, which is why I thought they could be trusted with handling a large wholesale order for me I correspond through email with customer service for several weeks before placing an wholesale order of $1599.60 for 40 Complete Series DVD Box Sets. The customer service personnel, Helen, asked me to send the money Western Union, which I did. She said that my order was already packaged, and would be shipped on the day they receive payment. Below is the information she gave me for the transaction.

She even gave the bank info, which I won't disclose here.

My bank transferred $1614. ($1599.60 for DVDs + $15. Western Union fees) from my bank account to Western Union for this order on or about December 8, 2013.

The funds was picked up by Yuzhe Jin on or about December 13, 2013. Once he received the money, refused any more contact with me. They have not shipped my order and they haven't answered any of my emails I've sent from December 2013 to February 2014. I've contacted them several times at the following emails; [protected], [protected] and [protected] I even contacted them several times through their website, which is still active, and they refuse to respond.

I have emails if needed, but did not upload as proof as it has too much personal information in it. I tried to upload .jpg photo of Western Union payment but your sever won't accept it, keep saying formant not recognized.

The only way I can see this is Theft. How can I get my money back.

I placed the order on the website and I never received it. I purchased set of 40 DVDs from them and the seller communicated with me all the time. He told me to send the payment through Western Union, and after I did it, the seller stopped to reply to my emails and messages. I need my money back and hope that someone would help me to stop these scammers. Post your comments.
