New Mexico Black Car Service review: Hired cab to take me to the airport, no show

When I arrived The airport in Santa Fe, Steve, a driver for NM Black Cab Service took me home. He gave me his card and phone number for future trips. 2 days ago, I called him and gave my credit card number, and arranged for a cab to take me to the airport today, October 1, at 9:30am. The cab did not arrive. At 9:45, I called the company and received a message that the voice mail was full. Steve’s voice mail was full as well. No way to reach either party.

I ended up driving to the airport and parking in the short term lot. It was nerve racking since I was not sure I would make my flight.
