I have complained numerous times about the people living above me with no results. These people are constantly pounding and banging, playing fetch with their dog, running their vacuum cleaner several times a day throughout the day and into the night. One of them doesn't work and does this all day every day. I have lived here over10 years and they have only been here a little over a year. I have written them a letter with no response. How long am I supposed to put up with this? I work for a living and I want to relax when I come home but I can't because of these people. Managements failure to remedy this has put me in a very awkward and dangerous situation. They prefer it if tenants handle their own problems. They just collect rent. By doing so they open up an extremely dangerous outcome. I have reached the end of my patience and tolerance. I cannot afford to move and I don't believe that I should. I would appreciate any help that you can give me.
