I am a small entrepreneur from India, and I had hired The NetMen Corp for a packaging design project. Due to miscommunication and delays, the project could not be completed. I acknowledged my fault and sent multiple apologies via email. Despite this, I received no reply or support.
I have been following up respectfully for over 20 days, requesting a refund as the service was not delivered. I sent 5+ emails, including a heartfelt note directly to Mr. Ignacio Galarraga, but no one from the company has responded.
The amount in question, though small by international standards (~449), is significant for a small startup like mine. I am disappointed by the complete lack of communication, especially after being respectful and sincere in my follow-ups.
All I’m asking is for the company to acknowledge my request and provide a refund. I still have faith in their integrity and am hopeful for a fair outcome.
