NESLON CONTRACTING LLC 514 1st St, Milford, NE 68405 review: Superior Workmanship

Five-Star Review for Nelson Contracting LLC
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 out of 5 stars)
Title: Outstanding Craftsmanship, Unmatched Integrity, and Top-Notch Professionalism!
I cannot recommend Nelson Contracting LLC highly enough! If you are looking for a reliable, honest, and truly skilled roofing and exterior contractor, look no further.
About six years ago, I met a wonderful representative named Keye Kinnamon. My home features a unique, complex roof line with slanting sections and multiple peaks. Keye looked at the structure, appreciated the technical challenge, and expressed genuine enthusiasm for taking on the project. When I was ready to proceed, and when the time came, Keye and Nelson Contracting delivered on every single promise.
Unlike other contractors in the industry who take large deposits and disappear—such as a masonry outfit that took a $5,000 deposit from me a year ago, repeatedly delayed the project, and failed to refund my money— Keye Kinnamon and Nelson Contracting treated me with total transparency, kindness, and respect. They operate as a true bona fide, highly professional LLC. They never asked for money upfront for work not being done, and they showed up exactly when they said they would.
The quality of their work is absolute top-notch:
The Roof: Completed in February with precision and care. I received detailed aerial photos of the completed roof that were simply beautiful. In fact, my insurance carriers (GEICO and Homesite Insurance) were thoroughly impressed with the photos, illustrating their superior craftsmanship and simple but pointed documentation. Months later, the roof remains completely flawless. Gutters & Drainage: They installed sturdy, beautiful new gutters placed
meticulously in all the right locations for optimal water runoff.
• Site Care: The crew performed a wonderful, comprehensive cleanup around my property, leaving everything spotless.
From start to finish, Keye and the crew treated me with utmost courtesy and timely communication. It is rare to find this level of dedication, craftsmanship, and personal integrity today. If I ever need roofing or exterior work done in the future, Nelson Contracting will be my very first call. Thank you, Keye, and thank you, Nelson Contracting!
