Provider of interface hardware for auto “ApplePlay” under the web of www.navtool.com. I purchased this for $500.00, not realizing it only has a 14-day return window. Here’s the catch: the item takes almost 2 weeks just to arrive! Local installers take at LEAST two weeks for an appointment and in my case one whole month. So when my installer couldn’t install the navtool device (after three hours of dismantling my QX80 and trying to load the interface with no luck) I called Navtool and begged for an exception to their 14-day return rule (I mean really who has a 14 day rule unless they know their equipment is going to need returning a LOT?) Their answer? Tough luck! It’s shady and I’m going to shout from every social media rooftop hoping they will step up and do right by their customers.
