National Student Loans review: Missed payments

It has been two months since I haven’t received my money from osap by the national student loans center. Every time I call they give me false information. They told me I need to update my naming information and I updated it. I called them just yesterday (september 21 2023) and they told me yes we have your information but we haven’t processed it yet. I asked why? They said I don’t know, but it will get processed when it gets processed…. Like what even is that? It’s been 2 months going on to 3 months that I haven’t gotten my money. I don’t have money to drive myself to school or pay for rent or even groceries. They show a lack of compassion and understanding why you talk to customer service. I’m absolutely disgusted
