Numerous times I have been contacted by this company stating that I have to pay money for magazines that i have never authorized purchase of. The employee was very rude and continues to call me and harrass me about paying him money. I refuse to pay money for magazines i have never purchased. I have asked to speak to a manager or supervisor with the response of you will not speak to anyone but him. This company has taken money out of my banking account which i have pressed a fraud case against them and had to change my card number. I asked to listen to a voice recording the employee stated he had he fumbled around for 15 minutes and stated i signed a contract which i never signed. He stated dont you have a copy of it. I said how would i have signed it. he stated hopefully with a pen or pencil. completly obligerant. The employer stated he paid the subscription for me on my behalf in agreement i would pay him back. I never authorized the payment in the first place so i am not understanding where this man is getting this from. I want this to stop.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I just got a call out the blue today, saying I owe them money for magazines that I didn’t even sign up for. This lady(Ms.D.Love)had the nerve to try and harass me into to thinking it was my fault. Telling me I signed up for this years ago in 2005(no..I didn’t)and they want there money. Then she goes on to say they are going to pursue, an send this to collections, don’t you want to know who is coming? At that moment I ask who, and was told National Service Corporation. Then I ask for the companies main line, so I can call and find out myself. She then says, if you call them, they will redirect you to this number.
At this point it felt like I was talking to a brick wall, she kept on talking about what they wanted me to pay, an I mentioned I’m not paying for something I didn’t sign up for. This place sounds like a scam, and what do I need some boring [censored] magazines for anyway? I wasn’t interested in the first place.
I agree this company is nothing but money hungry. I haven't heard from them in 10 to 11 years and I just got a call from them telling me I owe them $250.00 and I already paid the $400 back in 06. I never receive any of the magazines. They told me I had to pay them or they would ttake me to court so I paid them the 250.00 and not happy about this. I hope they are happy by taken money out of my pocket and I have a three year old to feed and a house payment to make. If I get another call about this we will go to court.
