"NATIONAL AUTO GROUP" IS A SCAM USED CAR DEALER WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ITS CUSTOMERS.

THEY SELL COMPLETE LEMONS AND DO NOT ABIDE BY THEIR FAKE 30 DAY WARRANTY.

THE CARS ON THE LOT HAVE MAJOR MECHANICAL PROBLEMS.

DO NOT ENGAGE IN BUSINESS WITH THEM

I bought a 2008 Honda Accord 2 door the after after I put $2, 300 Down Jason the guy with glasses that works there completely unprofessional told me that I can make partial payments every two weeks with which my Car note was $362 I lost my job for a couple of weeks and fell behind on payments they told me I was only $460 behind they come and repo my car and said I was $820 behind I go up there an hour later to give them the $820 plus the repo see now the owner is overseas conducting business through an email telling me he will not repeat will not accept the money he only wants $12, 000 the total amount due on the car that that's that's paid for if I had $12, 000 I wouldn't be buying a car and pay the car note I would have went and bought me a car and paid cash for it and went on about my business these are scam artists as they did not tell me that they were doing this when I signed the agreement I have never known of a car company to take your car and not accept the past due amount and the late fees and want the total loan amount due on the car in order to get it back so I don't know what to do

I also purchased car from this dealership and it was the worst decision ever. Not only has this car given me so many problems/headaches but I can't even make my payment at this location because the 3 sales rep are always trying to take me out and sleep with me. This is very unprofessional and uncomfortable :(

I recently purchased a 2006 BMW 745I I agree it had a few issues but I figured hey I'm purchasing a used car...Even thou the Dealership refused to help me fix my vehicle at the beginning Ross agreed to fix the vehicle he would pay for labor I just paid for parts but he went back on his word (what a surprise) every time I would show up the dealership he would hide or was always fighting with the other sells rep (big guy with glasses) which if you ask me was very unprofessional, so at the end I gave it a try and called the finance company, the finance company was very understanding and worked with me with my payments the only thing I didn't really like was they don't take any partial payments but at the end they were still able to work with my as long as I provided proof of the invoices of everything I was getting done...at the end of the day people you have to realize you are purchasing a used vehicle inspect everything before purchasing.

Wow, Now I see I'm not the only one. I'm contacting my attorney tomorrow, the media, and the better business bureau. Anyone who want to join me email thelicensingboutique.com. The car I bought from them had transmission problems, 6 owners, inactive airbags that they re set and told me it was fixed, and fuel injection issues. They had the nerve to charge me a late fee for 1 yes I said 1 late payment. They own the car lot and claim that their financing company is not own by them. The owner hides behind his workers they are just as guilty as he is. If you are reading this RUN don't walk from this so called dealer ship! If you are reading this and having issues as well, feel free to email. I have over $5, 000 in repair bills so I'm going after these guys. They have no idea who they are dealing with. Wrong is wrong!

. I to am a victim by the dealership . I bought a 2006 Honda civic from this place about 72 days ago and it's a piece of junk ! The paint doesn't match the motor smells like something is burning, the wipers don't work & to top it off I been told that the car has been in an accident before and pieced back together . I put 4, 000 down & I won't give them a penny more . So any day now I know there gonna come and put it up . I just want my $4, 000 back & I like you want to shut this place down so this doesn't happen to anyone else !

This dealership sold me a vehicle in Jan of 2010, at the time I thought I was getting a great deal! Low miles, decent price, UNTIL a year later I have the car inspected and found out it had be involved in TWO MAJOR ACCIDENTS that car the vehicle's worth to down spiral by ore that half. Kelly blue book says the car is worth 12, 000 Carmax says its worth 6, 000 which might I add ROSS left that information out at the time of the purchase. I brought to his attention, he claimed that Carmax just didnt want to pay me what my car was worth. I told them if they gavem me my money back I would give them their car they declined my offer so I proceeded with legal action. My former attorney sent a demand letter to National Auto Group, they then presented my attonery with a FORGED document saying that they told me I was purchasing a car that had been involved in MAJOR ACCIDENTS! Come on now.. My father was with me when I bought my car, what father is gonna let his daugther sign that? I wish I could show you guys this paper! Its sooo TACKYYYY, hand written by ROSS which might I add the statment of facts form clearly states below "UNDER PENLTY OF PERJURY" which I never signed that document! This company is beyond crimials. I vow that after I'm done with this company, National auto group will be a EMPTY LOT on Prairie and ROSS will be in prison for tampering with legal documents, and ROSS had the nerve to ask me out on a date! UNPROFESSIONAL! CRIMIALS! SCAM ARTIST! ALL of the above! Selling me a [censor] car is one thing, but forgery? That crosses the line. This dealerships days are numbered! Mark my words!

Same issue here, Bought a Car... within the first 3 days i already noticed some problems... I soon realized that my car had been in an accident. (even though the CarFax was Clean)... the car had some frame damage, and i can see where they had goten the entire left side from the Junkyard, , This car must had hit pretty hard, but they did a Good job of cleaning it up and making it look as if it didnt happen.! I checked under my Car a few months after and found out that my Entire engine could have fallen out. The bolts that go to the motor mounts were all Loose. they were about to slip off at any moment... the transmission is going out on me now, and the motor doesnt seem in Good shape either... These GUys Scammed me, not only did i Just buy a LEMON, I am paying Double for the Car then what its actually worth! =( God i Feel stupid...is there anything i can do >? probably not

We bought a vehicle at National Auto Group in April 2010. Ross Harch and Tino, shady and scam artist (so call Sales Rep) sold me a vehicle with major frame damaged (frame was heavily welded 4 places) with major transmission problem (Theodore Ford mechanic said "the transmission was about to drop!"). The sales rep showed us CarFax which did not stated "Salvage Title". Tino said "they had minor accident and its reported on the CarFax but there is no frame damage and not major problem". Some how...they are getting JUNK or SALVAGE vehicle with no report of "Salvage" title. As you see other customer's warning and report, they are lire, scam artist and they should be in jail! I am very sure the comment below "great experience!" by David on Feb 24, 2010...It's Tino or Ross. Whoever considering to buy a car here, DO NOT BUY! DO NOT TRUST THEM! POLICE, FBI, GOD, PLEASE PUNISH THEM BEFORE NEXT VICTIM!‎
