Seems like a lot of ppl are being stiffed by NASABB. I ordered during the 2011 Xmas in July 50% off sale. Shipping was supposed to take 10-12 weeks. It has been 4 months now and no delivery, no communication and no one seems to care. You can't get anyone on the phone and emails go unanswered. NASABB will take your $ and never send you anything!

These people are the biggest crooks! Wish there was a way to warn people before their money is stolen, like mine was. No one ever answers the phone or return emails, and you never receive your products! That's okay, their day of reckoning will come (sooner, rather than later), and they'll get everything they deserve and more!

They are back with a new address and phone number. I am receiving an e-mail a week touting their free shipping and 40% off coupons.

Nasabb is still up to their poor customer service. I made a purchase on 1-20-16. On 2-4-16, I wrote asking about my products--no response. I tried to call at [protected] and [protected]-no answer. There is not even an answering machine. I complained to my CC company on 2-4-16 and Nasabb sent my partial order on 3-23-16! I did business with them years ago with no problem. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they never responded to the BBB.
NOW, I want any and everyone to steer clear of Nasabb NASABB LLC

Having the same issue except thankfully I went through PayPal. A claim is presently in the works to obtain a refund. They have not responded to PayPal's correspondence yet but have tried their best to get me to cancel the claim by suddenly responding to my original request for a refund stating that they have cancelled the order and my charges were reversed. Clearly a lie as they were never given my financial information - only PayPal has that. Stay far, far away from this company.

I cannot remember how I heard about this company, but it was a few years ago. They offered samples and I orders some. I really liked their black soap, but was not in love with the idea of having to order and wait. I found a local company, which has since gone out of business. I decided to give Nasabb a try and thought what better time than during their annual Christmas in July Sale.

I placed an order via www.nasabb.com on June 14, 2013, for which my card was charged on June 17, 2013. The terms of the agreement per Nasabb’s email were as follows: "Please allow 10-15 weeks from June 28th 2013 for orders to arrive. International orders allow 12-15 weeks from June 28th 2013 for orders to arrive." It has now been 20 weeks and I have not received my items, nor have any of my emails been returned. I attempted to call today and got only a recording to leave a message with no option to speak with a representative. I am concerned that I have received no word, no package and no response.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB. This is egregious If they are a small operation and unable to keep up with demand I would have been fine with an email stating that and a refund. The bad part is I would have paid full price if that would have helped. I just wanted my merchandise. Now I have to wait for the complaint to be investigated and settled, a refund and find a supplier.
