i used nair sensitive hair removing cream and i had a bad reaction to it.
it was so bad i went to the dr and i was told i had got a bacterial infection from using it, she is going to write me a letter.
i am now taking anti biotics 4 times a day, im not happy.
i am taking legal advice about it.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I purchases your Nair Brazilian Spa Clay Body Wax Strips 20s - and tried using it last night on my legs, once warmed between the hands and separated carefully, the first side of the strip is fine and removes a few hairs, the second half is useless, then once you have tried folding it in half as per instructions and gently rubbing between the palms then gently peeling apart again so as to ensure even wax distribution, once applied and rubbed onto skin again and pull away then only wax gets left behind on your skin, or the hair doesn't get removed at all. its as if once the wax is "opened" it can only be used once, went frustratingly through all 20 sides, but with no luck, I am really disappointed as im off to a family vacation tomorrow and now have to shave for my holiday! how does one get paid back for this useless product?
