Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America [NACA] - False Information

3 elderly ladies who had their home for 38 years turned to NACA to hopefully reduce their monthly mortgage to an affordable payment. They had in the past refinanced their home to do home repairs and they didn't realize it was not a fixed rate. So with a variable, the monthly payment increased to where they were struggling financially. They turned to NACA and they were assured they could be helped. They were told their house had to be in default. So as the house went into foreclosure, they were assured they would be helped. When the notice of sale of their home came, they panicked and found people who would help them refinance. NACA told them to do nothing, to wait and they would be helped.
THEIR HOUSE SOLD ON JANUARY 13, 2011. When they reached out to NACA in desperation and disbelief, they were only told, "SORRY. Flag Star bank wouldn't budge." SORRY! SORRY! NACA is dealing with real people who are in real trouble and need real solutions! If a bank "doesn't budge, " they need to tell their clients in a timely manner and not put them on a back burner and forget about them. They need to give their clients the courtesy and respect they deserve so if there isn't help, they can go out an find another means of help! Once NACA takes a case, it needs to be followed through professionally and with responsibility to their clients. DO NOT LET YOUR CLIENTS BELIEVE THAT THEY CAN BE HELPED WHEN YOU CAN'T HELP THEM. BECAUSE WHEN A CASE FALLS THROUGH LIVES ARE LITERALLY DESTROYED. THESE LADIES BELIEVED IN YOUR ORGANIZATION AND NOW YOU JUST WASH YOUR BLOODY HANDS AND LOOK THE OTHER WAY. THEY STILL HAVE THE SLAP ON THEIR FACES.
NOW THESE 3 SENIOR LADIES (AGES 70 & 80'S), SISTERS, OF MEXICAN-AMERICAN DECENT, WIDOWERS, ONE OF WHICH HER HUSBAND WAS A VETERAN OF WARS, ARE NOW BEING EVICTED FROM THEIR HOME.
I WISH YOU COULD SEE THESE 3 SENIOR LADIES TODAY, 1/17/2011 SITTING QUIETLY IN THE FEW PIECES OF FURNITURE LEFT IN THEIR HOME AS THEY AWAIT THEIR UNKNOWN FATE. THEY ARE DEEPLY DEPRESSED AND FRIGHTENED. THEY ARE TELLING THEIR FAMILIES, "THEY LOST THEIR DADDIES' HOME" BECAUSE THEY MADE A TERRIBLE MISTAKE AND BELIEVED IN YOUR COMPANY. NACA IS HEARTLESS AND DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF ALL THE PEOPLE!
