Mys Gateway review: Item stuck 1

My item tracking is not updated since 20 august and still stuck at mys gateway. At the same day, I have one parcel too, buat its already arrived in labuan. How come the same day post out but could not reach the same day? I alsao have another one parcel which post out on 21 august, but also otw to labuan by yesterday, but this parcel didn't move already 4 days. I need my parcel as soon as possible. Here, i'm attach a proof. Thank you
