My Shiny Hair review: Sent wrong style of hair

I immediately contacted the company and sent a picture of their hair and a picture of the style I chose. they first wanted me to find a stylist and have them cut it for me, I explain I am a senior and I don't know anything about that I explained that this is considered a false advertisement I paid for what you showed in the catalog. That's when they agree they would send me a return label and sent it back as they requested waited about 3 days for the correct one and it was more horrible than the first one I received so I requested a new label and I just wanted my money back. Now they are saying that they only send out one returned label and I told them this is their mistake once again and I will not foot any cost to send it back I want my total money back immediately, I haven't heard anything else in a couple of days
