My Cardio Flow review: Deceptive pop up ads

Pop up from MyCardioflow on YouTube. It leads you to think you are signing in to watch a local football game. Right after you put in your information, you are taken to their website. It shows you have signed up for a trial for $1 and then you are redirected again telling you that you are a premium member for $59.99. This happened on Friday September 16. On September 16, they withdrew $1 from my checking account. On Saturday September 17, they withdrew $59.99 from my checking account for their premium services.
