MVQ*Oneperksite review: unsure

I ordered a gift off a registry and paid on my visa. When I went to make a payment on the visa, I noticed an extra charge of $19.99 from this company. I never authorized this and I have no clue as to how they got my information. I'm going to contact my credit union as soon as they open to get this taken off but I want to make sure this doesn't keep happening. If I hadn't checked my account right away, I might not have caught this charge. I see a number of complaints already. This company essentially stole my identity and should be penalized heavily, if not shut down.
