Mutual of America Retirement review: I want a technician to help me

They have overhauled their data/information system and local customer service systems. I have tried repeatedly for weeks to access my retirement information using their online system and have encountered one complete roadblock after another — including many "system error" messages and no ability to access my information. Customer service transfers me to a technician phone queue, but the wait time is always well over an hour with no ability to leave a callback number. The result has been my having to wait online with horrible music playing. After weeks of going through this process and waiting at least on hour online each time, I have yet to be able to talk to one of the mysterious technicians, nor have I been able to access my information. Unfortunately, with their new system, there is supposedly no way to get my information any way other than online.

Desired outcome: I want a technician to help me access my information without having to spend hours in a phone queue listening to awful music and still not getting help. After having my retirement funds with MOA for more than 30 years, I deserve better!
